1. 2011

   One crew, one industry

   CATO Location Services starts serving film & TV in Sydney. The rule from day one: be the crew that solves problems, not the one that creates them.

2. The years since

   The name got bigger because the jobs did

   Construction. Councils. NYE. The Marathon. Queensland. CATO Location Services became CATO Group — with sister companies Honeywagons (40 years of production vehicle heritage), O My Pod and StreetStrong.

3. Today

   Two states, one standard

   Licensed in two states, LGP pre-approved, TMAA member, certified carbon neutral — and still answering the phone the same day.

  Founder & CEO

  Started CATO in 2011 with one crew and a two-way radio. Fifteen years on, still answering the phone. Six-year ambassador for the Vinnies CEO Sleepout.

  Head of Traffic Operations

  Runs the NSW traffic desk. LGP-approved TGS designer, TMAA member, and the person councils call when a road closure has to happen tomorrow.

  Construction Accounts Lead

  Fifteen years on Tier-1 civil sites. Handles the long-run construction contracts — the ones measured in months, not shifts.

  Production Vehicles Manager

  Runs the Honeywagons, O My Pod and unit fleet. Forty years of production vehicle heritage in one very organised scheduling spreadsheet.
