Film & TV
The location services crew behind Mad Max, Peter Rabbit and Heartbreak High
CATO Group (formerly CATO Location Services) has supported Australian film and television since 2011 — traffic control and road closures, unit management, safety and stunts coordination, pedestrian lockups and a production vehicle fleet including Honeywagons, makeup and wardrobe trucks, and O My Pod green rooms. Part of our end-to-end traffic management services.
On set, that means the traffic management services productions actually book: experienced traffic control crews, pedestrian lockups, hostile vehicle mitigation for premieres & unit bases and TGS design & council/TfNSW permits.
We closed the Harbour Bridge on a weekday. During peak hour.
Mad Max: Fury Road needed a live motorway. Parts of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Cahill Expressway were shut on a working weekday — approvals, timing and public impact coordinated around a moving city.
That's the depth of experience your production hires when you call CATO.
